The Process: The personal profiling method uses a combination of my experience in banking and finance, training in psychology, and high level of intuition. All meetings are conducted by video.

Step 1. You will have a chance to test the accuracy of the profiling with a person you know well. This will give you the confidence whether the assessment can be trusted.

Step 2. For optimum outcome, you are encourgaed to share with me confidently your current struggles, your goals, and why this is important to you. The more details you provide, the better I can advise on the sustainability of the candidate to balance different group dynamics.

Step 3. A calm, non-threatening environment for all interviews is important to me.

Step 4. After the person exits the room, I will submit a summary of the candidate’s assessment to you. We will discuss your questions about e.g. the candidate’s leadership abilities, trustworthiness, values or the environment the person needs to likely do well.

Step 5. You will receive a concise, down- to-the-point report on the analysed person(s) within 24h.
